Our Agreement & Payment Terms

Your Quotation. Every project begins with a personalised quotation. It reflects your approved concept design, includes a breakdown of costs, and outlines your project’s stage payment plan. If an order is placed after 4 weeks, you quotation may be subject to adjustments based on raw material increase.

Payment Schedule. Once you're ready to proceed, we’ll issue your Order Form and Payment Schedule. along with your booking Deposit Invoice. Our standard structure is as follows:

Booking Deposit — 30%
Payable to confirm your place in our production schedule. Workshop planning and material ordering begin once this deposit is received.
Start of Manufacture — 65%
This is due just before your cabinetry enters production. It covers the procurement and build phase.
Completion of Installation — 5%
The final balance is due once fitting is complete and only when you're happy with the finished result. Full payment must be received at each stage to allow progression to the next phase. Delays in stage payments may impact your scheduled production or installation window.

Bespoke Design Service – £250
Our design service covers all measured drawings, technical layouts, cabinetry configurations, material planning, and early-stage visuals. This fee is deducted from your Booking Deposit if you place an order. If not, it reflects the time, skill, and expertise committed to shaping your design.

Design Finalisation. Once your concept design has been approved and assigned a design number, further significant changes may affect the quotation or timeline. We’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Production. When production begins, your materials are ordered and allocated specifically to your project. Estimated lead times for manufacture and installation are confirmed at the time of booking. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all payments made once production has started are non-refundable. Please note that rescheduling once your project has entered the production queue may result in additional costs or delays, as raw materials and workshop scheduling are planned around your confirmed slot.

Communication & Client Care. We’ll keep you updated at every stage, with clear check-ins during production and installation. Planned workshop visits to view the progress of your commission are welcomed. If you ever have questions or concerns, we’re just a phone call or email away. We’re here to support you throughout.

Confidence You Can Trust. Most of our clients discover us through personal recommendations, a reflection of our integrity, attention to detail and hands-on approach. You’re very welcome to explore handwritten testimonials during your workshop visit, or browse our portfolio online to see examples of past commissions.

We’re proud members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, a trusted organisation that recognises skill, honesty and professional conduct. This independent accreditation offers you added peace of mind throughout our partnership. We also offer a 3-year craftsmanship warranty on all our furniture. This applies if any fault in manufacture results in a functional issue with your furniture. We use Blum for runners and hinges, all moving components come with a lifetime domestic guarantee, ensuring lasting performance long after fitting. We don’t request your final payment until you’re fully satisfied. Because trust, like furniture, should be built to last.
