Quotation
Our quotation will be valid for 28 days and is subject to any raw material price increase if your order is placed after that time.
Our quotation is for your personal concept design that has been approved and agreed by you and outlines your part payment plan.
If you commission us to make your furniture, we will send you your order form and payment schedule as follows:
Fitted Furniture Commissions
Three Part Payment
20% First part payment
We kindly request this payment to secure your workshop production slot before the commencement of manufacturing. Prior to any cutting of raw materials, alterations may be made free of charge to accommodate your preferences.
As a bespoke business, we regretfully cannot offer refunds in the event of order cancellation after specific raw materials have been purchased for your commission. Additionally, design fees are non-refundable should you choose not to proceed with commissioning the furniture.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to crafting your bespoke furniture with the utmost care and attention to detail.
70% Second part payment
Please note that this payment, along with the receipt of cleared funds, is required at the commencement of manufacturing. Your cooperation in this matter ensures a smooth and timely progression of your project. Thank you for your prompt attention to this requirement.
10% Upon Completion
This payment, along with the receipt of cleared funds, is required upon completion.
Please be informed that any additional work requested during the fitting and installation will be invoiced upon completion.
