Cabinetry - 15 Years: Every cabinet, frame, and dovetail drawer we make is guaranteed for 15 years. This reflects what we know to be true, our cabinetry is built to last for decades, and we’re confident standing behind it.
Blum Hardware - Lifetime: We choose Blum for hinges, drawers, and lift systems because they share our values of reliability and design excellence. Every Blum component we install is covered by their lifetime warranty (up to 20 years), giving you complete peace of mind.
Painted & Lacquered Finishes - 3 Years: Our painted and lacquered finishes are carefully prepared and inspected to industry standards. But like all hand-finished surfaces, they live with you. Every day knocks, scratches, chips, or staining from use are considered normal and not a fault.
We guarantee painted and lacquered finishes for 3 years against defects in workmanship or materials, while also offering sympathetic advice or practical solutions if you ever need care beyond this period.

We set our guarantee terms to balance confidence with honesty:
Cabinetry (cabinets, frames, dovetail drawers): 15 Years (domestic use, non-transferable)
Blum hardware (hinges, drawers, lift systems): up to 20 years, non-transferable)
