The Process .....
We join the process here after all the components for the cabinets have been cut and the interiors have had two coats of lacquer applied. We wait a couple of days to allow the lacquer to harden and the next stage is to join the cabinets together. A solid Beech frame is made, sanded and attached to the cabinet. We make our frames out of solid beech frame to give the cabinet extra rigidity. This frame will withstand knocks from the most enthusiastic of Dyson owners. Now all the Cabinets are constructed we can measure all the apertures to get an exact measurement for the Shaker Doors. The doors are having a slight variation on the Shaker Style and for these pieces of furniture we will be adding an Ogee moulding which will give a more 3D appearance to the door. It works particularly well with darker colours.
